Quilter/Crafter Weekend Retreat

The retreat is my parents’ home of over forty years on a secluded half acre of tall pines. It seems only fitting to share Mother’s love of crafts, in particular quilting, with others of the same spirit. The sun/sewing room on the back of the house is full of windows and views of the pines all the way down to Billy Creek. When you aren’t working on your current project, you can look up to enjoy this beautiful view.

As I have set up the home I have planned for your comfort, purchasing ergonomic chairs for workspaces and lush, comfy beds for a peaceful night’s sleep. The house is set up to accommodate four to six guests comfortably. The blue bedroom is downstairs and the quilt bedroom is upstairs, with recently remodeled bathrooms on each floor.

Your weekend getaway includes: sleeping accommodations, meals, and snacks from Friday dinner to Sunday brunch as well as workspace for your crafts.  The weekend runs from Friday at noon to Sunday at noon.  Thursday arrivals or Monday departures are available upon request.

We provide soft drinks, snacks and meals, as well as towels, sheets, pillows and of course comfortable beds. You are welcome to bring your own toiletries and personal items that you would enjoy. 

We provide Oliso irons, ironing boards and cutting tables.  You will want to bring your specific tools for your craft, such as rotary cutters, rulers, and other sewing or craft basics.

The cost per person is $150.00, and includes your lodging and meals. A $60.00 deposit is due at the time of booking and full payment must be received two weeks prior to arrival date.
